The Round Table is being established with the purpose of building a network amongst practitioners, academics and officials interested in the field of international trade law. The network is designed to provide an opportunity for on-going interaction with practitioners/academics/colleagues along thematic lines. It also aims to build a platform for discussion, networking and joint activities within the fields of international trade law. Its purpose is to foster a specialized level of knowledge and encourage targeted discussions on current questions of international trade law.

The Round Table offers professionals/academics working or studying in the field of World Trade Law an opportunity to present and discuss their work/research. It also provides a platform where participants can test their ideas about broader issues relating to international trade law. Submissions should include an abstract (no more than 400 words). They are to be sent to hemler@redeker.de.
